Everyone who knows me for long enough is aware that I'm obsessed with having good mapping abilities. One of my recent tantrums leads to my switch from iOS to Android simply because there is no decent alternative to Locus in the Apple ecosystem.

I would say that the UK, in general, is very good at preserving their historic sites. And they are usually gorgeous and fun to visit. Because of that, and because I'm always trying to save money, I bought a membership card that grants me free admission to all the sites from Historic Scotland for a year.

And obviously, I wanted to easily see all the places on my phone. But I could not find a link for a gpx to download, so I created one myself:
